This policy explains how PaxPeptide handles order changes, cancellations, and fulfillment exceptions for laboratory research materials.

All PaxPeptide products are sold strictly for laboratory research use. No listing, cart action, checkout step, or policy page implies human consumption, therapeutic use, diagnostic use, veterinary use, cosmetic use, or personal application.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders may be changed or cancelled before they enter fulfillment review, packaging, or carrier handoff. Once materials are prepared for shipment, changes may not be available.
PaxPeptide may cancel or hold any order that cannot be confirmed for laboratory research use, includes incomplete purchaser or shipping information, or cannot be fulfilled within our United States shipping scope.
Return Limitations
Because products are laboratory research materials with handling, storage, and chain-of-custody requirements, returned materials generally cannot be accepted back into sellable inventory.
If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or materially different from the confirmed order details, contact PaxPeptide promptly with the order number and receiving documentation so the issue can be reviewed.
Inventory and Fulfillment Exceptions
If inventory availability changes before fulfillment, PaxPeptide may offer an updated shipping timeline, partial fulfillment option, substitution for review, or cancellation.
Any approved remedy is handled case by case and does not change the research-use-only restrictions that apply to every product.
